Canvas and Pen offers digital and physical products intended for personal creative and reflective use. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • “Digital Products” refers to downloadable files delivered electronically
  • “Physical Products” refers to tangible goods that are shipped to you
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to anyone purchasing or using Products from Canvas and Pen

Digital Products

All Digital Products sold through Canvas and Pen are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of digital content — which is delivered immediately and cannot be returned — all sales are final.

Once a Digital Product has been purchased and accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or technically inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved
  • You were charged in error (such as a duplicate purchase)

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact Canvas and Pen within 7 days of purchase. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Lack of use
  • Emotional response to content
  • Incompatibility with personal expectations

Physical Products

If physical Products are offered, the following applies:

  • Canvas and Pen is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched
  • Canvas and Pen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit
  • Return or refund eligibility for physical Products, if offered, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

Unless otherwise specified, all sales are considered final.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Canvas and Pen does not store or control your payment details.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
