Digital products
All products sold through Canvas & Pen are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of digital content — which is delivered immediately and cannot be returned — all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or technically inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved
- You were charged in error (duplicate purchase)
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact Canvas & Pen within 7 days of purchase, and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
No refunds for change of mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Lack of use
- Emotional response to content
- Incompatibility with personal expectations
